called the hotel at 12pm and 4pm and let them know i would be there between 12-1 am. when i pulled up at 1240 the woman working was just locking up even though the office closes at 12am. She would not have been there that late if she wasnt waiting for me to get there. i paid for the room and got screwed out of it. Now they will not do anything to fix it. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT stay there

Great Weekend at Melbourne All Inn Suites. With George McCauley. Phoebe McCauley , Michelle McCauley , Gail Klossner , Timothy Webster and Denise Webster . Our room was by the pool area. Could not ask for a better setting. Then this. One hell of a party 🥳 outside our room. Apparently outsiders came in, security got beat up bad enough to be taken to the hospital. Cops were called they parked out by the road. I heard they came back by our area guns drawn. They were not messing around. Looked to me when we looked out the window that underage drinking was going on. Welcome to the new America

You need to put some kind of lighting over the sink in the kitchen area, also grab bars and non slip surfaces in the bathtubs. We have been staying there since you first opened and we keep coming back. Breakfasts are excellent as well as the staff. Thanks again!

This is our 6th year staying here for an extended winter stay. The room is exactly what we need for an extended winter stay. The property offers lovely outside areas for socializing. It's a very unique property that feels much like a resort at a fabulous price. The staff at the property continues to be exceptional from Jennifer the asst manager to the breakfast staff, front desk staff, housekeeping staff.... (however Evelyn and Tammy are the queens of housekeeping) .....to the maintenance staff...... (both Pedro's) working hard to continue to service guests and maintain a highly used property. I hope the PAC group will continue to invest in keeping this property at a high level of maintenance. The only negatives have nothing to do with staff or property owners, its the lack of respect guests give to the property and others staying here. We look forward to our return stay next winter! Every year we add a few more weeks.
